Women in Business works to inspire women of diverse occupations and to provide women with ways to grow in the professional field. 

WIB is a not-for-profit organization that is one of the only organizations in Winona that recognizes and supports women in a variety of professions. Every month, the organization gathers around tables to network with other businesswomen while enjoying a great lunch and listening to a speaker that promotes personal and professional business growth. In one short hour, women working in a variety of industries connect to build long lasting relationships that will grow home-based and corporate business, and benefit family life and ultimately, the Winona community.
