AA District 2 serves Winona, Fillmore & Houston Counties in Minnesota. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety. If you drink too much, that’s your business. If you want to stop, that’s our business. We can help because we’ve been there and understand the disease of alcoholism. There is a solution!

Our District is a part of AA worldwide, with more than 2 million AA members. We are a part of something that has helped people stay sober for more than 80 years. There are no fees or membership requirements other than the desire to stop drinking. If you are struggling or just want to learn more about AA, call us at (507) 200-0594. We can answer your questions, connect you with an AA member in your community, and/or refer you to meetings in their area.

AA does not offer a “cure” for alcoholics, but rather a continuing process of recovery through the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and not drinking one day at a time. AA allows alcoholics to share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. Visit aadistrict2.org for a list of meetings or call us to learn more about a new life and freedom from alcohol. If you are a professional in our community, we welcome inquiries. For more resources and literature, go to aa.org.
