How am I showing up?
For myself. For my partner. For my kid. For my friends.
This brings me to the power of choice. We all have that power to choose. What do we say yes to? What do we say no to? Those little choices soon become our life.
That brings me to my mantra this month: How am I showing up? What am I creating?
I did an exercise last week. It’s so simple, yet it really made a profound impact on me. It asked me to get really clear on what I want and what I don’t want. Inside the circle is what I want. Outside the circle is what I don’t want. What’s on the outside doesn’t get to come inside.
